Join us at Roosevelt Lounge for an intimate whisky dinner in partnership with Bladnoch Distillery.

The centrepiece of the evening is our MB3+ Riverine T-Bone served two ways — raw eye fillet tartare and rendered sirloin — paired with Bladnoch 8 Year Old and 16 Year Old single malts to showcase how age and character interact with the same cut of beef.

Eye fillet tartare, charred peppers, pine and walnuts, preserved lemon, buffalo curd, mint.

Rendered

Sirloin, roasted parsnip purée, whisky and mustard butter.
