This one-night-only whisky tasting event features a refined four-course menu paired with premium Suntory expressions, including Hakushu, Yamazaki and Hibiki. Begin with a Hakushu 12 Year Highball on arrival before moving through a carefully curated progression of pairings — from fresh salmon sashimi to Bangalow pork belly paired with Yamazaki 12 Year Old.
Designed to showcase balance, precision and depth, each course highlights the harmony between Japanese whisky and modern dining.
To conclude the evening, guests will be presented with a surprise Kakubin whisky dram — a final pour to complete the experience.
