General Entry & Venue Policies

  • Poolside: Minimum age of entry to La Luna Beach Club Pool is 21+.

  • MĀRE Restaurant: Guests 16+ are welcome when accompanied by a parent or guardian but are not permitted in the pool area after dining. Strictly no children or prams allowed.

  • ID Required: A valid photo ID must be presented upon entry.

  • Right to Refuse Entry: Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests who appear intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or acting inappropriately. No refunds will be provided.

  • Photography & Media Consent: By entering La Luna Beach Club, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.

  • Decorations & Events: No table decorations (including balloons). The venue is not suitable for 18th or 21st birthdays.

Dress Code

  • Pool, Lounges, Daybeds & Cabanas: Resort-style wear, swim attire, casual chic.

  • Dining at MĀRE: Casual chic.

  • Footwear: All guests must wear suitable footwear (no thongs) when entering and exiting the venue.

Tattoo Policy

  • La Luna Beach Club does not accept head, face, or neck tattoos, or anything deemed offensive or aggressive.

  • Guests with visible tattoos may be permitted entry if they are covered with a collared shirt or makeup at management’s discretion.

Guest Responsibility

  • Guests are responsible for their own belongings. La Luna Beach Club does not provide lockers and is not liable for lost or damaged items.

  • Weather Conditions: The venue is not responsible for inclement weather. No refunds will be given, but a change of booking date may be permitted.

Surcharges

  • 10% surcharge applies on Sundays.

  • 15% surcharge applies on Public Holidays.

  • Credit card surcharges apply.

Cancellation Policies

General Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we kindly ask that any cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance.
For late cancellations or no-shows, a $50 per person fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

Group Booking Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that cancellations for large groups or changes in guest numbers be made at least 72 hours in advance to avoid charges. Cancellations within 72 hours or no-shows will incur a $50 per person charge to the credit card on file.

Cabana Cancellation Policy

  • Guest numbers can be adjusted up to 72 hours prior via your reservation confirmation link.

  • Cancel 72+ hours before your booking for a full refund of the prepaid amount.

  • Need to reschedule within 72 hours? We can offer a date change, subject to availability.
